That’s why Brogues Shoemakers makes them on demand also. Bespoke. Ok, it will take you 4 tp 5 weeks to get them... But the wait is worth it ! I’ve had my feet measured (I did it myself a few years ago) on 10 or 15 places, and had some shoes made. They fit greatly. And this new pair fits me great again. Like a glove. From the first day. And that’s a luxury feeling.

Traditionally made by hand in Goodyear welted construction, or Blake for the more elegant models, to your exact measurements, and to your exact specifications. With all the details expected. With the patina you want.

The color I chose was not as dark as expected, but that’s what I usually do, because the leather still has to get its own patina. A mistake I made was to order the laces and tassels a little bit too light in color. Although they look great, you all know me, I always like it a little bit more distinctive. So I colored them darker afterwards, and made them a little bit shorter as well. My mistake when ordering, because, whatever I asked for before at Brogues Shoemakers, they have done meticulously. And so now I can proudly wear my bespoke handmade shoes from Hong Kong.A very nice detail are the ‘Belgian Dandy’ details on the sole: "BD" in nails !! Distinctive and discreet. Only visible when I sit down and cross my legs, or to those who know. Like me. It’s all in the details. Details matter.
